Operational Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee daily company operations, improve internal processes, and ensure timely delivery of real estate services. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to support sales, customer service, project teams, and administration. The Operations Manager will maintain high service standards, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency across all departments.
Core Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows
• Supervise and support departmental teams
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor budgets, reports, and performance indicators
• Strengthen customer service systems and response processes
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Coordinate with management to achieve company targets
• Improve efficiency and eliminate operational gaps
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven work experience in operations or management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
• Knowledge of project planning and performance tracking
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital workflow tools
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Experience in real estate is an added advantage
